POLICE CONSTABLE

Rachel is currently working in the Recruiting Outreach Team with Waterloo Regional Police Service. She has worked many years on Patrol. Rachel has also worked as a School Resource Officer and in the Intimate Partner Violence Unit. Rachel has a Joint Honours Degree in Theatre and Music from the University of Waterloo.

Pete is currently working in the Recruiting Outreach Team with Waterloo Regional Police Service. He has worked many years on Patrol. After time on patrol, Pete worked on the Community Oriented Response and Enforcement Team and the Intimate Partner Violence Unit. Pete has a Pre-Service Fire Diploma from Conestoga College, and has completed a Criminology Degree from University of Guelph-Humber.

PATHOLOGISTS' ASSISTANT

Emily has been working as a Pathologists' Assistant at Peterborough Regional Health Centre since graduating in 2018. She graduated from Western University with a Bachelors' degree in Medical Science, Honours Specialization in Medical Sciences. She then completed a Masters in Science, Clinical Anatomy and a Masters in Clinical Science, Pathologists' Assistant.

FORENSIC PATHOLOGIST

Elizabeth is a Forensic Pathologist with the BC Coroners Service. She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and went to medical school at St. George's University School of Medicine. She did her residency at Duke University and her Forensic Pathology fellowship in Ohio. 

CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATOR

Alexis is a Crime Scene Investigator based in Orlando, Florida. She's worked hundreds of cases and helped to develop new methods and field skills, but she specialized in medico-legal death investigations and crime scene photography.

TRENT ALUMNA & MASTERS STUDENT

McKenna is a graduate student of the Core Forensic Science Program. She learned a lot last summer at the Wildlife Forensic Academy in Africa! Currently she is completing her Master of Environmental Science at the University of Guelph and is researching plant pathology.

FORENSIC ANTHROPOLOGY Ph.D. CANDIDATE & FIELD CORONER

Marianna is currently working on her Ph.D focusing on Forensic Anthropology. She has taught forensic anthropology and human osteology. She has worked as an archaeologist, autopsy tech, and a lab assistant. Now alongside working on her PhD she is working as a field coroner. 

3D FORENSIC ANALYST

Eugene Liscio is a 3D forensic analyst and holds a degree in aerospace engineering. In addition, he is the founder of ai2-3D, a company that specializes in 3D crime scene reconstruction.

SERGEANT, FORENSIC IDENTIFICATION SECTION

Will Dodds has received education in various areas including a Bachelors Degree in Education, Police Academy, Canadian Police College Basic Forensics Course, and numerous other Forensics related courses at various places across North America.

PATHOLOGISTS' ASSISTANT CANDIDATE

Anushga Muralitharan possesses a Master's degree and is currently a pathologists' assistant candidate at Western University.

FORENSIC IDENTIFICATION ASSISTANT

Emily is a forensic identification officer located with York regional police. She obtained her Bachelors in Science in Forensic Science with a specialization in Biology from the University of Windsor. 

PATHOLOGIST'S ASSISTANT

Jessica is a pathologist's assistant here in Peterborough. She received her Bachelors of Science in Forensic Science with a specialization in Biology. 

CRIMINAL DEFENCE LAWYER & PART TIME PROFESSOR

Joseph is a criminal defence lawyer and part time professor right here in Peterborough! He has a Bachelor of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University and a JD from the University of Ottawa. 

PATHOLOGIST'S ASSISTANT

Nicole received her Bachelors in Medical Science and a Masters of Clinical Science, Pathologists' Assistant from Western University. 

PROGRAM COORDINATOR, HONOURS BACHELOR CRIME & INTELLIGENCE ANALYSIS

Camie Condon works at Seneca College as a program coordinator regarding honours Bachelor crime and intelligence analysis. Her education has allowed her to obtain a PhD.

FORENSIC SCIENTIST

Kelly Bowie is a forensic scientist and is currently acting manager in the biology section at the Centre of Forensic Sciences. She acquired education through a Masters degree in molecular biology and genetics.

Forensic Investigator & Professor

Andrea is a Forensic Investigator with Ontario SIU as well as a professor of Forensic Science at Humber Polytechnic. She received her Masters of Science in Forensic Science at Trent University. 

Acting Identification Sergeant

Gregory is an Acting Identification Sergeant with the Peterborough OPP Forensic Identification Services. His past education includes a Business Administration diploma from Humber College along with a Police Education diploma from Sir Sanford Fleming College. 

Forensic Identification Officer

Chris is a Forensic Identification Officer. His past positions include Provincial Constable, Marine and Scenes of Crime Officer. His education includes Police Foundations, Private and Public Investigations, and a Bachelor of Forensic Science. 

Funeral Director and Embalmer

Victoria is a Funeral Director and an Embalmer and has her college diploma in Funeral Services.

Research Fellow & Expert Witness

Dr. Kaplan is a Research Fellow as well as an Expert Witness for the Defence. His education has allowed him to obtain a PhD in Forensic Psychology. 

Forensic Document Examiner

Sabra is a Forensic Document Examiner. Her education includes a Bachelor in Microbiology, a Masters in Forensic Science, Graduate Certificate in Advanced Investigation and Enforcement and Forensic Identification.
